Seasonal Menu Highlights

Kisra Ħobż
Transport yourself back in time with our traditional Maltese snack—Kisra ħobż. This delightful combination of local bread croûte, caponata, sardines, and local olive oil is a nostalgic nod to the simple pleasures of yesteryears. Qassata
A staple of Malta’s culinary heritage since the era of the Knights of St John, our Qassata is a delightful pastry traditionally filled with peas or ricotta. At MUŻA, we’ve given this classic a modern twist, featuring a savoury filling of Maltese sausage and spinach, merging tradition with innovation.

Qargħa Ħamra minn Wied L-Isqof
We’re excited to feature the exquisite pumpkin sourced from our local farm in Wied L-Isqof, a picturesque valley in limits of Rabat, Malta. Our chefs have transformed this seasonal star into a delectable spiced pumpkin tart that promises to warm your heart and soul.

Rabbit Croquette
Reimagining a beloved Maltese dish, our Rabbit Croquette combines braised rabbit, spiced peas, and a rich curry sauce. This contemporary take maintains the heartiness of the original while presenting it in a fun and flavoursome croquette format that is sure to impress.

Calamarata Pasta
